Regular group Breathwork class is $35 each.
Where: 12 NE 5th Ave. Delray Beach. 33483. 1/2 block north of Atlantic Ave upstairs from Bethesda's' Bargain Box. Directions: 1-95 exit to Atlantic Ave. East to NE 6th Ave (about one mile)..go left on NE 6th then take your next two lefts so you are now headed south on NE 5th Ave ( This is Federal Highway but in downtown Delray Beach one side of goes south and one north) ...travel one half a block and turn right into our parking lot. You will see a big sign on the wall saying Bethesda's Bargain Box, we are upstairs.
