Daily vinyasa yoga practice with Dashama- rise each morning, becoming aligned and centered in your mind, body and spirit. Classes are designed for all levels, with an emphasis on pranic awareness through breath, core strength, heart opening and aligning with grace.
Learn Dashama’s Thai Yoga Prana Flow- the art of love, transformation and healing- for clients or loved ones. In this immersion, you will be guided to give a full 90 minute session that will balance the receivers chakras, open and clear energy meridians, increase flexibility, release tension and usher you both into a transcendent state of bliss.
